Our Vision for an Africa Cyber Workforce Network
Africa’s digital economy is growing quickly, and so is the need for people who can protect it.
The Africa Cyber Workforce Network is ManyTek’s plan for a group of training hubs that share the same standards, practical exercises and employer connections.
Ghana is the first location, where ManyTek is working with GCTU in Accra. The wider network is planned and not yet operating.
What the network would be
A set of hubs, each built with local universities and institutions, offering the same hands-on, team-based training.
How it would work
Common training standards, shared practical exercises, instructor review of completed work and introductions to employers where opportunities exist.
What comes next
Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda and South Africa are priority markets for future programs, subject to partners and funding. We will report progress as it happens.
