By accessing the ManyTek Global website and our services, training programs, or partnerships, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using the ManyTek Global website (manytekglobal.com) and any of our services, training programs, or partnerships, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. About ManyTek Global. ManyTek Global is the trading name of ManyTek International LLC, based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We provide cybersecurity training programs (delivered with ManyTek Academy, an affiliated nonprofit), practical exercises, partnership programs and introductions to employers.
3. Services. Training programs delivered with ManyTek Academy; the SOC Workforce Accelerator; Cyber Range practical exercises; partnership programs with universities, governments and employers; and introductions to employers. The length, format and any fees of each program are set for each cohort.
4. Eligibility and Registration. You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate and complete registration information. Certain programs may have additional prerequisites. ManyTek may deny admission based on capacity or qualification requirements.
5. Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, and software, is the property of ManyTek Global or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written consent. Training materials provided to enrolled students are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
6. Code of Conduct. Use Cyber Range and training resources only for legitimate educational and authorized testing purposes. Do not attempt to access systems or data outside your authorized scope. Do not engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities. Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Protect confidential information encountered during training exercises. Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where appropriate.
7. Fees and Payment. Certain programs require payment. By enrolling, you agree to pay applicable fees, provide valid payment information, and accept that fees may be non-refundable after milestones specified per program. Scholarship and sponsored placements are governed by separate agreements.
8. Disclaimers. Training prepares students for cybersecurity roles. ManyTek does not guarantee employment, a specific salary, certification exam passage, or a specific job placement with a partner employer. Services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ManyTek Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost employment opportunities, arising from use of the website, programs, or cyber range. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid program is limited to the fees you paid ManyTek for that program during the three months before the claim.
10. Termination. ManyTek may suspend or end access to a program, the cyber range, or the website if these terms or the code of conduct are broken, if fees are unpaid, or if continued access would create a security or legal risk. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions on intellectual property, conduct, disclaimers, and liability continue after access ends.
11. Third-party platforms. Training may use Microsoft, Azure, and other enterprise tools. Those products are governed by their own terms. ManyTek does not control those companies and is not responsible for outages, license changes, or decisions made by a tool vendor.
12. Website use. You may not scrape, copy, or republish the site, interfere with its security, upload malware, or use the site to send unsolicited messages. Accounts and forms must be used with accurate information.
13. Placement. A readiness profile, passport, or introduction to an employer is not a job offer. Hiring decisions belong to the employer. ManyTek does not control an employer's interview process, compensation, or start date.
14. Changes. ManyTek may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. Continued use of the website or a program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, except where a program delivered in Ghana must follow applicable Ghanaian law. If a dispute cannot be resolved by contacting ManyTek, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless a mandatory local law requires another forum.
