The Progression Path

1. Application & Screening

An application and conversation about goals. Eligibility is set for each cohort; aptitude and commitment matter.

2. Tier 1 SOC Analyst

Alert monitoring, triage and initial investigation in realistic exercises.

3. Incident Lead

Lead incident response workflows, coordinate team response, and produce audit-ready incident documentation.

4. Career Preparation

Interview preparation and introductions to employers where opportunities exist.

Outcomes

How We Report Results

We will publish outcome figures, such as completion and employment, only when each one is clearly defined and backed by records.

Every figure will state who is counted, over what period, and how.

Evidenced

Every figure will be supported by records that can be checked.

Honest
