ManyTek Workforce Cloud

The Workforce Cloud is a ManyTek platform for keeping a reviewed record of practical work, skills and achievements that learners can choose to share. It is in a controlled pilot: access is by invitation and arrangement, and there is no public self-service yet.

Principles

How Verification Works

On the Workforce Cloud, “verified” means reviewed by authorized people.

People decide

No AI system in the ManyTek ecosystem verifies, certifies or hires. AI may help organize information; people review and decide.

Learner consent

Records are shared with others only with the learner’s consent.

Evidence first

Records are built from completed work, such as exercises, projects and reports.

A Record Learners Control

The Workforce Passport is being designed to bring together the evidence of a learner’s practical work.

Skills and learning

Skills, training and certificates the learner has earned.

Projects and exercises

Completed exercises, investigations and reports, reviewed by instructors.

Learner choice

The learner decides what to share, and with whom.

For Employers and Institutions

Beyond Resumes

Reviewed records of practical work can add context that a resume alone cannot. Employers and institutions interested in the pilot can request a conversation.
